This routine has already been super helpful. I feel much better throughout the day and am going to bed tired. The only thing I wish I could do (maybe I need to see if I can make some adjustments with my work) is family worship at breakfast. I leave for work before my family is awake for the day. I love the idea and I hope I can figure out a way to do this.

Brother, that is a massive encouragement! Thanks for sharing. Family worship doesn't fit well in the morning for everyone. I don't hit it every day as I leave the house early a couple times per week. On those days, we just do it at dinner. It's generally easier with little kids to do in the morning, but just starting when it fits in the schedule is the key. Singing makes the dinner one just as fun, you may simply need to embrace brevity.
